The Interfaith Ambassadors are teaming up with the River Phoenix Center for Peacebuilding to creat Unity Day 2014, an initiatve to end bullying in educational institutions.  We will also be brining in Hart Phoenix, mother of renowned actor Joaquin Phoenix to speak about her own work in the conflict resolution field.

Interfaith Battle of the Bands will be happening again for the second year in a row!  Last year, the project was managed by Student Government and received an outpouring of support from the community, with over 100 residents attending the event at UF's Flavet Field.  This year, we plan to make it even bigger, and add a fundraising component for the Alachua County Boys and Girls Club.

Our organization is preparing for the first ever Florida Interfaith Leadership Summit.  This conference will take place sometime in Spring 2015 and will engage hundreds of students from around the state for a weekend of insight, dialogue and diversity training. There has never been an interfaith event to this scale in our state before, so we're very excited to get as many students involved as possible.
